Gram and Poppy have all kinds of babies at their house right now! Goats and puppies! The kids had a great time trying to catch all of them.
Sidney is scared of the goats - she sat on top of that box the whole time we were in the barn!
In typical Texas fashion, we are having crazy weather. It will be cold one day, spring like the next. It means we get to spend some time outside. My kids love to be outside and I love to let them do their thing and take pictures of what's happening. I caught this one of Sid and it's one of my most favorite pictures to date. It is so her right now. She loves Dora. She loves pink and is, as you can see, in pink from head to toe. she loves to swing. she is getting so BIG.
we are getting pretty competitive with our family soccer games. either jason or i usually hold sidney while playing. she thinks she 'runs faster than carter' when we hold her... we are getting a heck of a work out.
my poor girl was pretty sick last week with an ear infection, an upper respiratory virus and pink eye. she wanted all her pals with her to hang on the couch and watch Dora the explorer while wearing her monkey pajamas. can't say no to requests like that.
this was a fun thing for a rainy day. i poured out a bag of dried pinto beans into a tray for him and sid and they played with the tractors and bull dozers and diggers for quite a while. easier to clean up than sand!
and here's the last one in this random photo catch up. The kids' school had "pet week" and we brought Scarlet in for a little visit. it was lots of fun!
So going to steal the idea of the beans with tractors!
